1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jilisv website accessible at jilisv.net and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and has been approved to access real-money gaming services.
• "Account" means the unique, personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all Platform transactions and gaming activities are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Philippine Peso (PHP) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Credits or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds from the Platform.
• "jilisv", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jilisv Platform and its authorised representatives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilisv Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, promotions, or tournaments available on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules will prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.

jilisv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to real-money gaming services on jilisv is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilisv or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from jilisv or any affiliated platform, or subject to any active exclusion order issued by a relevant gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jilisv reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to update your information promptly should any of the details you have provided change. jilisv shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party, and to notify jilisv support immediately — via live chat or email at [email protected] — if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

jilisv strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, jilisv cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jilisv requires completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. jilisv's KYC process is conducted in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on the jilisv Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilisv does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

jilisv currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change; current options are always displayed in the Platform cashier.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jilisv is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method previously used for deposit. Withdrawals to GCash for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform cashier. jilisv reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed published thresholds, which may result in additional documentation requirements and processing delays.
• Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jilisv may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonus Credits are non-transferable and may not be withdrawn. Only cash winnings generated after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
• jilisv reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for eligible games are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Players who open multiple accounts, use fraudulent payment methods, or attempt to exploit promotional mechanics will have all bonus credits cancelled and may face permanent Account suspension.
• jilisv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Philippine-resident Players only, unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilisv Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to access the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players, Platform employees, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profits regardless of game outcome, in a manner that exploits Platform pricing inconsistencies.
• Any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or use of the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Publishing, distributing, or otherwise communicating Platform content — including game streams, odds data, or promotional materials — without express written consent from jilisv.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward jilisv staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

jilisv employs real-time monitoring and behavioural analytics to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found in breach of this section will be suspended immediately, and all Real Money Balances and Bonus Credits may be withheld pending investigation. jilisv reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the jilisv Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface designs, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of jilisv or its licensed game and technology providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jilisv.

The jilisv name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of jilisv. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jilisv shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

jilisv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jilisv takes reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond jilisv's control may cause temporary unavailability.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game results, odds, balances, or payouts, jilisv reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. jilisv's liability in such cases shall be limited to the return of the Player's original stake.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilisv's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

jilisv is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Players on the Platform. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help Players maintain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on this page.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jilisv, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels under Philippine law. jilisv's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — shall be final and binding pending any legal challenge.
